The songs you will hear have been recorded as simply as possible and as live as possible so that you have got the best chance of hearing what you are going to get. However, these recordings in no way give the dynamics of the big live sound. We have also added more brass to the line up since these recordings were made providing an even richer and sparkling sound. We hope to add more recordings soon!

To recreate the perfect live sound Joe Public use quality equipment designed to minimise the impact on the venue and deliver an appropriate volume for your event. The sound is controlled by one of the Norths top sound and recording engineers - Mike Vindici. Mike and his team work hard to ensure that everything works and sounds great - this is quite a stressful job so Mike is often seen 'sweating hard' during set up. For most venues 'set up' and 'sound check' takes about 2 hours, so please dont forget to consider this in your plans - but having a live band is really worth the extra consideration as more and more people are finding out. Joe Public will make your event and keep people talking about it for weeks to come. This is why so many of our clients re-book us year after year.
